Tender open for Supply and Storage of Trees

On Tuesday 4 September 2018 a Request for Tender for the Supply and Storage of Trees for Station Street, Bowral was opened. Tenders will close 2 October 2018and are expected to be reported to Council before the end of 2018.

The Tender includes supply of 130 new trees ranging in size from 150L pots (3.0m tall) to 1100L pots (6.5m tall). The trees include Pin Oaks, Tulip Trees, Green Spartan Junipers and Japanese Zelkova as identified in the Station Street Upgrade’s streetscape plan.

The trees are proposed to be purchased at this stage of the project to ensure that a sufficient number of trees of the type and size required are available at the completion of civil works for the Station Street Upgrade Project.
